At Hotter we know that our customers value the feeling of slipping on a pair of comfy shoes. We understand that finding footwear which hugs your feet, feels as light as air and allows your feet to breathe is a right not a privilege - which is why we're here to help you find the perfect fit every time. Hotter Comfort Fit ensures your heel is softly hugged in place and gives you wiggle room for toes. For most women shoe length is more important than width, so unless your feet are much narrower or wider than average, Hotter Comfort Fit should give most feet a lovely comfy fit. We're here every step of the way to help you find your perfect fit, shoe sizes can vary between brands, so to help you estimate which size of Hotter shoes will fit you best, we've designed a handy fitting guide which you can print at home. ![]()
It's a good idea to get a friend to help you as you will get the most accurate measure of your feet when you are standing. You should wear your normal socks or stockings.
Once you've printed the size guide fold along the dotted line (as shown in the diagram below) and place against a straight surface such as a skirting board. This will allow you to position your foot more accurately on the fitting guide. Place your foot on the folded edge and get your friend to check to see where your longest toe reaches and make a note of the nearest size. Repeat this for the other foot.
Most Hotter women's shoes come in two width fittings - to work out which will give you the best fit, place a soft tape measure around the widest part of your foot (see diagram) then check the tables below to find out if you need our standard or extra wide fit.
Now you have the vital statistics for your feet, it's simple to choose your favourite footwear and with a huge range of shoes, sandals and boots you'll be spoiled for choice with our latest collection.
All sizes quoted on our Hotter USA website are US sizes - but just in case you wondered how these sizes correspond to UK and European footwear we've added this handy table.
